After taking the weekend to rebuild my plane after my first crash I finally got to the point where I am testing my engine, but it seems to be running to lean or something, but Im not sure how to fix...

What about the Gas Tank? I started the engine and the gas tank slides backwards from the vibration. What should I use to hold the tank in place to the firewall?

I spent the weekend rebuilding my plane and I must say rebuilding it is just as much fun as flying it. What should I use to attach the new balsa to the top and bottom of the fuselage? CA or Epoxy?...

Thanks everyone for the advice. One thing is for sure, I wont be buying a new fuselage. That would be a complete waste of money and kind of defeats the purpose of the hobby I think. Im excited...

The crash happened on take off... Everything was going good down the runway, but when the plane took off I kinda freaked out and backed off the throttle when I should have left the throttle open. ...

So when you say soak the firewall in CA after it's straightened, does that mean literally soaking it or just being liberal with the amount used?

Thanks for the advice. The firewall is slightly bent and has a small crack in the wood on the top right corner. Can I purchase a new one? and What about the Gas Tank Cradle?

On takeoff my Tower Trainer 40 MKII stalled and took a nose dive into the grass from about 20 feet up. Luckily the damage was minimal and should be pretty simple to repair with a few pieces of balsa...

Dewey I might take you up on your offer, but what else would I need to make the plane rtf? What trainer model would you or anyone suggest for your type of engine, controller and servo pack?
