I believe what you have there is a Mugen Seiki Prime 12. released around 1998-2000. After this model the Mugen Seiki MSX3 made by Academy Models (Made in Korea)

The nicer one I got first.. just missing the fuel tank and engine. And the dirtier 1 I got just recently, also missing the fuel tank, aswell as body.

I believe you have a mid 80's robbe/graupner buggy. I can't remember the exact model but there was 1 exactly like this 1 on ebay Germany a few months back.
