DA100 performance

I am flying a DA100 with a Menz 27x10 at sea level. I am getting 5800-5900 rpm. Is this what I should be getting with this combo?

RE: optical kill switch

The optical kill switch isolates the ignition electrical system from the radio electrical system, but allows you to kill the engine from your transmitter. You still need a separate ignition battery.

As I said in my original message, the type of flying that I have done with this plane is trimming and practicing IMAC sportsman manuevers. No 3-D, no blenders or any thing else that...

Hello Keith,

Thank you for your comments on the plane.

It is not normal for the aluminum wing tube to bend.
We do offer the carbon tube if you think you would like to upgrade to one....

100cc Yak Cowl Baffles

Is it necessary to install cowl baffles in the 100cc Yak. I know that installing them in my 2.6m Comp-ARF, cylinder temps dropped at least 20 degrees F.

protecting lipo batteries

I have a foamy that I am flying in a float fly soon and was wondering if there is a good way to waterproof my LiPo packs. Do they need to be water proffed? I had my esc water proofed.
