As above...you need to connect the red and black and the balance ports all to the pack for LIPO, LIFE, LION. Read the manual. Nothing wrong with the charger..probably.
PB works with only the 2...

Use page 14 and discharge. Calculate your low voltage for a nominal 6 volt go to 5.5 for discharge. For 4.8 go to 4.4 volts. as a setting. Ensure basic discharge works, then do a charge...work...
