4wd is way different from 2wd and really requires a different driving style. 4wd gets TONZ more traction. When you slow down or stop it loads on the front tires, with 2wd it makes braking very easy,...

Ya, there's definitely a draw-back to jumping into a new model before all the bugs are dealt with and other companies can design parts for them. I kinda wish they could have just named it something...

Still, that's $80 for front and back... maybe next month. I already spent too much as it is. Such an expensive hobby, but these trucks are pretty sweet! I want to scale it up to like dune buggy...

I didn't change the gearing, still a 54 tooth spur with whatever the stock pinion is. It's definitely faster, yet not over geared. Would swap out for a 52 or 50 tooth spur if i'm wanting to show...
