i would go with the mip ones because i seem to go through a lot of traxxas clutch shoes...but then again i have lots of power adders so thats just my opinion

im not going to say which one to get but i have a jato 3.3....and when ppl say its bad offroad they r lying....i have paddles and pin with metal shocks and it kicks a revos ass in the dirt and up...

haha im hearing lots of bad stuff about a jato 3.3..... i put better shocks and thicker oil in them....threw on some ribed front and paddles in the rear and it kicked my friends revos ass up a steep...

its not the tranny u have to worry about its the spur gear...although my jato 3.3 ate up 4 trannys in like 3 months...but then again im really really really really hard on my jato 3.3. so i swithched...

i have always heard about people ducktaping the inside of their tires so it doesnt balloon. i was wondering if this actually benifits ur car? are ballooning tires even a bad thing? ...

worry about throttle....my butt...the 1 speed on a jato 3.3 is way more controllable....it almost eliminates all wheelies....plus because of the larger gearing (more teeth) it has slower exceleration...

u also might want to get some nice offroad tires.....talons will b ok depending on where ur driving or get some nice pinned tires too
