Don't use to thick of an oil, It kind of defeats the purpose of having three diffs. I have tried many different weight silicones and would suggest not exceeding the 50,000wt

I use 32:1 ratio but with a castor/synthetic blend get the best of both worlds. But with a 25:1 ratio it's probaly good to run a full synthetic.

I've used this layout for about 12 years. Can't seem to get away from the black and yellow. Besides I float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. :D

The main thing i found is that the stock diffs are fine for bashing, but when your racing i would upgrade to the alloy diffs. Also the front knuckles have some nice pivot screws, but you can't torque...

Really, thats an unfair comparison the ps-050 is a much larger servo. So large your better off installing a power steering pump and a rack n pinion. :D

Try adding a shim to the pinion and the far side of the diff. this help out with the mesh. I had the same problem when I started testing on these cars. I used the shims and worked fine for bashing...
