i own both , and can say right out the box the st is tougher and easier to drive. the only drawback is the bigger tires put more load on the axles. so plan on getting the steel cvds.

14.4 volts? on a mamba , you can do that. 14.4 would be insane. at 11.1 my vendetta is just plain stupid with a hyperion 3900kv.

i just traded 2 m18's for a 18r . i couldnt find anywhere to bash with it . i went to the local track and it was kool there . but off a nice clean track the xray didnt do well for me.

i have a dynamite tazer brushless esc, i like it ,very smooth, not as much power as my mamba, not programable and no lipo protection , but i use it for bashing stays cool and i get some nice run...

ill put my brushless vendetta up against any nitro vendetta, and have a longer run time. for what it would cost to get a nitro version and fuel cost. you can go with lipos and brushless setup...

i have dealt with rcmart/hong kong or dinball on ebay same company for my vendetta . they carry the anderson and yeah racing products. they have stuff for other 18ths too.

eaw you could get the st arms and pbs knuckles, with half eight tires that is a nice combo.....would only cost 20 bucks, plus wheels. the price of the aluminum buggy knucks.
