I do have the SuperSkids installed as the old ones kept breaking... the new skids also have the rubber donuts that make hard surface landing a snap.

Dude the SuperSkids is WAY worth it. Once you buy these skids, you will just break OTHER parts on the heli.

I just took my 5#10 outside to fly and I noticed that it was not getting airborne very easily.
I looked closely, and it looks like one of the gears is stripped...

You fly ultra smooth... I can't keep mine quite as still as you, but almost.
I would like to get this baby in a gym or other big room.
