RE: savage?

the set up on the savage makes it a pain to take the motor out of. but the truck itself is a blast. The durability is great and its a great basher. like Nova said you should get the SS. it does come...

RE: Info on the Siro .27

I am currently running the Picco .26 in my Savage and it rocks. That truck weighs in at about 15 lbs and that motor makes that truck come alive with ease. I replaced the 24/7 I had in it with the...

RE: truck starts but doesnt go anywhere.

check to see if you need to tighten up the spurr gear. Sometimes they get loose and neet to be readjusted before they will engage enough.

RE: Delimma....upgrade or buy new

Glad to hear it, like they say, you can never have to many trucks. Its a good thing to have extras around, just in case one gets broken, you have others to play with. :D

RE: Delimma....upgrade or buy new

Ok let me clarify, In the statement above, the T-maxx that I was racing has the XTM BB conversion on it and has a 24/7 in it. it is the same motor that is in the Mammoth. It is not the 24/7 Pro. So...

RE: Delimma....upgrade or buy new

I have raced the Mammoth against the Savage and a BB T-maxx. the Savage and the Maxx get it off the line, but the Mammoth catches up real quick and pulls away. I love to start off 10 to 15' behind...

RE: Delimma....upgrade or buy new

I would buy the Mammoth and keep your MT2 as a small block toy. The Mammoth will impress the heck out of you. I do not mind the MT2, but its just a baby compaired to the other trucks out there. You...

RE: Choosing a truck

If that is the case then they do not have it adjusted correctly. when I had the pull start on my Savage and the origional motor in it, I could get it to start on the first pull every time. Every...

RE: CEN genesis

My LHS caries CEN products. It blew me away when I saw them take up CEN. I guess in my area RC MTs have really taken off and both of the area shops are carrying a wide variety of trucks. :D

RE: roto start for mammoth?

If you buy the rotostart that is used on the Savage it will directly bolt onto the XTM motor. its a perfict fit. no extra parts or modifying to get it to work.

RE: roto start for mammoth?

You can use the same roto start for the Mammoth that you use on the Savage. The same roto start will fit both motors.

RE: Monster GT or XTM Mammoth?

My buddie is running the XTM BB Conversion in his Maxx with the XTM 24/7 motor in it. My Savage will take him off the line with the Picco 26, but his Maxx has the top end and will pass me in a drag...

RE: PICCO 26 VS MACH 26

RE: Monster GT or XTM Mammoth?

I find it funny that you say its slow off the line. I have both a Savage with an Outlaw .26 and the stock Mammoth, and a friend of mine has the Mammoth (stock) and a BB XTM converted T-maxx. I will...

RE: XTM Mammoth - I'M HOOKED ON NITRO!!!!!!

I wouldn't count on that, it can get pretty expensive. I would wait till you start upgrading and buying more trucks before you say its cheaper.:D

RE: New pic of CEN Genesis

From the information I have gathered, the Genesis is not any bigger size wise than the Mammoth. The Mammoth is approx 22" long and the Genesis is about 21" long. what will make it look alot bigger is...

RE: Best BIG Block engine??

With the price that they ( Unlimited Engineering ) charge for their suspension kits , they had better be good. They have a good rep for providing quality products, but they had better be for the...
