This has bugged me for a while.
JR in the UK (macgregor ind) do not reccomend 6volts for any of their gear. And tell you not to use it.

Surely its the same stuff as you use over the water...

I have been running twin KS cannisters on mine for two years, very quiet, with loads of power.
Throttle is instant. Keep the headers...

Put a zdz 50 with full length pipe in it.
He sh@t himself with it. Pulled the motor out and swapped it for a zdz40.
Much more civilised.

The largest JR servo arms that I use, (I think are for ccpm heli use) are numbered 1 to 4. This relates to the degrees off center in relation to the spline. (I cant remember off the top of my head,...

Not necessarily.
All servo outputs are diifferent. But then so are the servo arms.
Carefull matching can get them there. Its not too bad on a wing with only two servos, it just takes...

the 1/4 giles is available in the UK. Built one for a mate of mine with a saito 180 on the nose. The 160 in there should be ideal.
Haven't seen it fly yet, but controls are more than big...

a giles G202 on the board (2.4m with zdz100)
nearly finished my Ultimate. Delro kit (German) 2m span with zdz80 twin
Still in the box is a 44% Extra...
