So I noticed that the motor plate was crooked. I loosed one screw at the bottom and it fixed the problem... should I just put a couple washers with that bolt or something? Or did I put something on...

It keeps wanting to run while I am applying the brake. Like there is alot of gas in the line because after a few seconds...
