i'm alittle confused to there not same. 4600 you have gear up and will run hotter to perform like 5700
5700 like a 9 turn and 4600 like a 12 turn
in my opinion buy the motor/esc/etc.that best...

4600 kv is alot of motor my opinion 5700 is to much
with 4600 on the street or in the sand i have a hard time keeping the front end down
i have been tuning the slipper and esc to make...

when you run a brushless system there much more efficient so it will give you longer run times
i run 2 cell lipo's 2900 mah with goat system in my crawler and get at least 1 hour run time

i would agree with chris for 300.00 you could have a nice set up you can find some good deal on ebay
buy a upgraded motor and dial in the suspension.
some people do not like...

no its not my 1st i'm mainly into crawlers. the mamba does not come with deans conectors
i replace the stock steering servo and plastic arm with hi tec 525mg and aluminum servo arm...

what an awesome truck for the money..
but i could'nt leave it stock so heres a couple of mods i did
2 cell lipo mamba max 4600/ kv motor 14 tooth pinion 27.5wt shock oil in the front 30wt in...
