RE: Turnigy 2835 3900kv for my Miniquake?

Yeah, they work on the Mini Quake. They are for my MQ is the matter of fact. However, I think I am over my crave for 1/18 RC now after 5 years. So I'm putting up my MQ on eBay probably this...

RE: Turnigy 2835 3900kv for my Miniquake?

Mike, I will give you one of my Hyperion Y22L 5000kv if you like. You will need a brushless ESC to drive it thou. The Hyperion Y22L is a drop in, no mod needed. You want some wheels too ? You...

RE: Turnigy 2835 3900kv for my Miniquake?

Howdy Mike. Glad to hear you have the ball diff fits in well. Look up rschoi_75's old thread in Google. If I didn't remember it wrong, he has extensive information about the MQ BL mod.

When I...

RE: Sidewinder Mamba 6800kv 3cell problem

I had that once, it only worked at a certain position & angel. I sent it back to Castle. Turned out the soldering was bad between the wires & the deans (probably my fault). CC fixed it anyway...

RE: Brushless Mini Monster Baja

I have a MMB also. If yours is the Mini Monster Baja (MMB), the diffs are already semi-metal because MMB is mostly the same as MLST2. If you have one of those RAM, MLST, Dodge, etc, that could be...

RE: diff for mlst

The losi ball diff from the MiniT is probably the best we could get out there.

Watch out for the locked center from HR. Whatever the torque didn't get absorbed got transfer to other weak...

RE: New guy questions

The losi desert truck would be similar to the old mini-t. Losi's aren't as strong as the Traxxas but given for what you said running at the backyard with your 7 yrs kid should be ok. Traxxas mini...

RE: Tamiya TamTech Frog GB01 Build/Tear Down Thread

You could try this http://www.b-p-p.com/product.php?productid=159&cat=39&page=1, not that much more expensive. I have several of those, great support from Castle.

RE: RC timer brushless hong kong?

I wouldn't say completely better, the HK one can take 4s lipo, and it is 35A ESC. So technically the HK one is better. But then the Castle has very good support, good reputation, can use a USB...

RE: How will deans help my Micro High Roller?

walkingcarpet900 is right. The good thing about Deans wire and connectors are they can pass thru more current. So if you have stock battery, stock ESC, probably you won't see much improvement. But...

RE: Neu 1110 VS Velineon 380 Motor

Neu is known for its efficiency, meaning it can run long enough without being overheating. I don't have a Neu, but I have a Medusa BL, comparing to those other mini BL motors out there, this type of...
