I'm not sure what is meant by gelatine/glycerine/glycerol. On this side of the pond gelatin is a powder that, well, is boiled/cooled and makes for a tasty, wobbly, colorful dessert, JELLO....

What's in Davis Diesel Fuel?

I just checked the Davis Diesel Development site, but I could find no details on content. He offers 3 different fuels. Anyone have any idea what's in them?

OK, the compression setting stayed put this afternoon. I got much better at starting, too. As mentioned above, after flooding you have to reduce compression by about 1/4-1/2 compression screw...

Thanks for the help. I had a much easier time today (2nd day) with the Mills. Maybe about 30 flips of the prop for an initial start. Later starts took about 5 flips. I flooded the engine twice,...
