WOW A123 cells give so, so, so much punch! The top speed is overall alot better since the batteries have such a smooth discharge curve compared to nimh 6-8 cell. These batteries charge pretty quick...

the vendetta have standard 12mm hexes so anything that has a 12mm hex will work pretty much. They don't with a small pin they work by fitting around an axle that has grooves cut into either side. ...

with the traxxas clutchbell you really need to make sure there is little if no play or else the clutch gets eaten unevenly and i have seen springs go in that case.

You know i always used the spit test before i got a temp gun! I actually used it when it hit 290 and it didn't seem to bubble the spit off of it too quickly either. Hmm maybe my temp gun is off...

try checking that the clutch is not broken. If the revs are low and its still rolling then that might be the problem.
