I have good luck with good old carpenters glue.
I am sure most any glue suitable for balsa would work also.
It works well when building bulkheads and such adds considerable strength...

You just have to modify the plane a bit. Increase the wing span by about about 18 inches or so, add about the same to the fuse and double the wing chord.

You would have to use a steel bolt to tap the hole. Grind a slight point (30 degrees or so) on the
bolt so it will self start centered in the hole. A point ground on your nylon bolt...

A simple cheap fix for a striped screw hole is a mixture of epoxy (slow setting) and steel wool. Tightly pack hole with this combo, let it set overnight, then drill and tap...
