Put a DT diff in your speed t of the brushless system in your desert truck. That gear diff is tough.

I'm on my second 1/10 Losi esc and this one is now acting up as well. My trusty mamba keeps on roostin'. I've had good luck with the motor though. I use the 4800 with the Mamba, works great.

Me too. I have 6 of them sitting at home on my bench. I even charged one on NiMh by mistake. They are safer than NiMh....

Gentlrmen, the Losi Short Coors Truck. SHe is a runner and works excellent. I have a few things to do but I will run a bunch of packs tomorow dialing it in.
