I can probably convert a HDPE bottle into a tank. There are many sizes available and it wouldn't be hard to incorporate a sullivan fitting into the cap.

Sounds good maddog, I can put two fittings in the top. One for a fill and one for a vent. No "T" fittings to mess with.

In my opinion with the hardware that's available to us now like the Prostyle pushrod seals from Zippkits it's not really an issue. The only holes that need to be sealed is maybe the servo mounts and...

You can stick adhesive backed velco on it to hold a reciever or battery pack and it will work just fine. You just can't use adhesives to build with it and expect it to be structurally sound.

I understand what your saying. I use 3M electrical tape on all my wood radio boxes, I tried it with this box and it work great. Obviously it's not a permanent bond, but it works well keeping a radio...

Everything I make with HDPE is seam welded with a plastic welder. You can't use adhesives on HDPE nothing bonds to it. When welded with heat it's very strong.

Thanks guys for the recommendation. I usually build custom fuel tanks, but recently I had a customer request a radio box out of black HDPE. So I ordered some black material and gave it a shot.

Thanks guys, These are seam welded. HDPE is so chemical resistant nothing will really bond to it. For aircraft I would recommend 1/16" and a sullivan fitting with a clunk style pick-up. The 1/8"...

This is how I set my LSN on all my nitro engines. Adjust the LSN until you can get the engine to idle, then pinch the fuel line feeding the carb. It should run 3-5 seconds, if not lean it or add fuel...
