Is the savage 4.1 (25) carb compatable with a picco p3 26 ?
I've done the carb all the way up and its still moving side to side, undone the bolt that holds the carb in and i cant get the carb of...

Hi, just put the picco in my savage , put the carb on and what not took it out side and started it up and its just racing of, wont idle, tried putting it to stock settings and stilll doing it the...

Yeah its abit of an overkill but as im getting a savage in a couple of days i am going to take the 4.1 out of that and put it in the MT2.

Yeah i no, thanks for the reply's when i change them over the MT2 will still have loads of power with the 4.1 one in there anyways, still alot faster than the stock engine.

Hi all, im getting a savage ss 3 speed for £80 and its almost brand new nothing wrong with it or anythink, its all standard other than the 3 speed box init with the 4.1 engine, i've also got the MT2...

I was thinking of getting the jato wheels, what are the different in them then to stop it wheelieing as much ?

just orded one so should be here in the week some time then take it over the shop and get it tuned and then it will be all good.

Slim, sorry if im being a pain but would i be able to use the standard servo horn ? if so what mods would i have to do to it to make that bits sit at 12-3 ?

I had the standard one, looks like Slim's but is both at the same bit, not as someone said at 12-3, how hard would it be to make a linkage up ? as im in the UK and its going to take about 10-14 days...

Na, its a thing that happens on them carbs i've been told, the slide expands at a different rate. Look in the monster turck thread and then into HPI and picco engines.

The carb isn't on in the pic as ive got the sticking slide problem, if you want i can get a pic of it on there.
