definition of flutter. just wiggle the control surfaces (all of them) and make sure they are fairly solid and are hinged properly. also, make sure the hinge line gap is as small as it possibly can...

my .65la is inverted. It runs good but idle and starting can be a pain until you get it set. You have to lean out the idle a bit more.
