Jetcat make a turbine that is for boat applications. The turbine come with the gearbox, just like in the pic I posted but only with the rectangular exhaust outlet.

Heres a pic of my 2 turbines, you can see the gearboxes... they come standard with rectangular exhausts and not round.. had to get the round exhausts made.

I havent gotten her wet yet Phil...been a little lazy. I just have to finish of the drives,fuel lines and buy a receiver and she will be ready for the water.

A tach is good for tuning a boat, working out the best pipe length and see what rpm your pulling with different props and set ups. A gps is also good device to have when setting up a boat.

Its green in colour, the actual fluid. I use it a fair bit and ive had suhner cables break and the loctite joint still didnt let go. Amazing how strong the stuff really is.

I think Rick nail the problem....If your useing a pull pull setup with wires, then make sure there is no slack in your cable.......
I would be putting back the original rudder blade and go with...
