Don't the plans say that plane comes in at around 14lbs? If so, I'd say you are a little on the heavy side but not way out of the ballpark. With full flaps it should not be a problem. Just be sure...

Anyone? I guess since the cowls are kinda flimsy, it might be easier to measure the fuse where the cowl fits over it. I dunno. At any rate, any help is greatly appreciated.
