anyone ever think about the scale specs??

that 400mph scale speed sounds pretty amazing, but when you think that the scale WEIGHT is about 80 lbs, it doesnt seem so amazing.

the radio shack temp gauge is made by raytek, dont throw it out!

also, if you have any deformation of the coil in the glow plug it almost certainly means youre running too lean.

go to www.kzspeedway.com for the schedule, i think they have offroad racing on saturday mornings with signups throughout the day. its $10 to practice and i think to race its $15, but not really sure....

actually, i dont think its the new era one. i watch that scene today just to make sure. in one pic of the new era one it has a bottle of motor oil for reference, and the bottle top doesnt even clear...

its been done before by 32ford at the savage-central.com forums. works good, but was ultimately ditched for the duel tank mod.

tellme if these will work on the picco 26 and savage?

it has different size washers, shims, and screws. its great for replacements or for fine tuning clutch positioning with thicker or thinner shims. i'd recommend it.

i was curious how much oil it had, so i emailed them. they said it has 18% oil. email them and find out for yourself. maybe they gave me wrong info because i thought that race should have less than...

just to clear it up. odonnell 20% fuels have 18% oil content. dont mean to be nit picky though.

Savage great for a 1/2 tank

sometimes..esp. with the 21 bb carb, the fuel gets too hot and doesnt allow the engine to start until its cooled down. thats why high end engines have composite carbs, they dont have the super heated...

i got the digital version of the 645. for $50 it was a great buy. it has something like 168oz at 6v. it turns the wheels while on the ground..even on carpet. check it out at servocity.com free...
