Jason..When you made that cut to get the angle you needed, what became of the inner edge "wall"...Did you perforate it?...what was behind it?...is there another structual wall a few behind the edge? ...

Itll be interesting to see how that + 3 oz outrunner figures in on the weight of the new SPARK EVO....I know that on Rileys Spark Dynamic with stock wings and stabs,...we couldnt afford the 3 oz...

FINALLY!!..after months of waiting the next project has arrived,and made it to the bench.Today we got the gear/pants/ wheels attached, affixed the canopy,and mounted the rudder.
Used BVM hatch...
