Hi anyone familiar with this engine? Non pullstart. The guy before me used 30% nitro and it has 3 shims.. He ran one tank of fuel to start break in and decided to sell..Now my question is i use 20%...

Actually using a dewalt 18v drill battery in my starter box.. If that wont start it i dont know what will.. Engine i believe had a fresh pinch.

Any suggestions?? Barely turn it over with my fingers as its very very tight..Impossible to start on starter box.. Tried heating it and got temperature up to 200 deg but was still hard to turn.....
