are you referring to the ESC itself or the built in BEC...? i think i'm pretty safe with the ESC since i'm only using a Power 10 motor which is only rated at 30 amps...

no... don't use pliers... that collet is very soft and you will mess it up... :eek: i know...

if it's not tightening, something from the collet's shaft is binding against the prop and...

tightening the hub on to the prop will cause the collet adapter to close onto the shaft which will hold it there... if this doesn't happen, the prop might be a tight fit on the adapter and...

i took out the plastic thing in the fuselage where the bolt through the wing threads through with the body... at first, i thought the bolt was threading with plastic, but there is actually a steel...

hi, i didn't measure the propeller on the model... i measured the propeller from the diagram, which is supposed to be 13' 2" to 4" actual... from that, i was able to get the size of the wheels......

after playing around with it some more, now i'm not sure if it is actually allowing me to set a desired throttle fail safe setting... it seem to always default to the same amount although i am not...

using your instructions, i was also able to set the fail safe throttle position that i wanted... but when binding, i had to start the transmitter at -3 clicks on the trim... if i start on 0,...

hi, that worked out perfectly... i rebinded it again releasing the trainer switch after i turned on the transmitter... now, the throttle trim is back to 0 again... thanks...!

hi, other than having to change the ESC to a 40 amp, the Power 10 is an EXACT bolt on replacement for the stock motor... the stock motor and the Power 10 have exactly the same measurements from...
