dirty pots on the tx, move the sticks rapid back and forth 20 or so times to help the contac. had that happen only with my ailerons and almost sent the tx back to futaba for repair!!

lipo 's have no memory but do not discharge to low, that could damage them

the rimfire motors on tower hobbies website has better data on their motors and makes it easy for battery and esc seletion.
