I've used relion batteries & smartfly system for reliebility in all my 30% and larger scale. Never had a issue with any of my planes.

How do your batteries die? On a 50cc frame you should be running independent battery from frame servo's & ignition.
A friend at our field has a DL50 in his reactor and he is running a smartfly...

Covering is a given you almost have to heat any aircraft to shrink it. My last AW Extra 300 had multiple alignment issue's and poorly or no glue at all in some locations.
Aeroworks ignored my...
