What about the Super Tigre 51, or K&B's screamin 47 are these engines any good? Does any one have any experience with either of these?

How is horse power measured on r/c engines? The manufactures give a power rating and peak rpm, is the power figured mathematically or do they have small dyno's that could measure horse power and...
