I think you will be happy with the aftershock I know I love mine. Like you said get the pipe, aluminum shoes, and 17mm. You can get them all pretty cheap from ebay. btw you can't go wrong with losi.

ok sounds like I am going to get some 17mm hubs off ebay. Nice truck where did you get that roll bar? Also how tall are the savage xl tires in inches?

I did the same thing with the screw about 5 days ago. Is what I did was toke a dremal and with a cutting wheel on it I cut a slit in the screw just big enough that I could unscrew it with a flathead...

I found a S703 on ebay for a good deal, but it say 8mm and need a 6mm right? I'm just tring to find the best deal I can where it is the seasdon and every $ counts.

calvino i have looked and it says that the tigerdrive S703 is for a 8mm shaft and you say that stock motor is 6mm? Is this true or am i over looking somthing. Also there is a tigerdrive S703 on ebay...
