You have got your needle settings the wrong way round,( 2 on the low and 1 on the high)

Thanks Chris, 2 more pics, I'v got a 1lt gas tank in cockpit area with 200ml cable oil supply on top of that and a 1lt bag in the nose with 450ml of water in it, that puts the CG at36%

Steering servos are twin Hitec HS 5745 MG's they seem to have plenty of grunt, I've had to slow them down a lot.

Mate,,, It's a Zenoah based engine, 34mm bore/28mm stroke/ 50mm rod length, what ever you can do to a Zenoah you can do to a slam!! and because of the smaller cases you can sit it lower in the boat...
