RE: smallest gas engine

RE: numbers

In my case, I have never used diesels before because no one in my club uses one so I can't ask anyone for help. Of course, none of the local hobby shops carry the engines nor the fuel.
I have had...

RE: Diesel Vs. Gas Ignition Efficiency

RE: 4 stroke diesel

To keep everyone up to date, it seems PAW does not produce the 4 stroke diesel, as per Dr. Diesel. Laser did a short run on a 4 stroke diesel in 2000 but they are not planning on building any more....

RE: Diesel Vs. Gas Ignition Efficiency

Thanks for all the help. I think I'm going to try both 2 stroke diesel and 4 stroke ignition. The benefit of diesel is that it will be easier to fit a Genesis generator to the front of the engine. ...

RE: 4 stroke diesel

Would you be willing to sell one? I'm not really looking for power, more for fuel economy. I'm not sure if I can offer you to purchase one in the forum and not in Marketplace. Does someone know?

RE: 4 stroke diesel

I'll keep you posted. Bob Davis very graciously answered my email in about a minute flat. Unluckily, his company is not interested in these engines. With such a high development cost and small...

Hi:

With the risk of showing my stupidity, if 4 strokers are more efficient than 2 strokers and diesels are more efficient than glow, how come there aren't any 4 stoke diesels? I have a...

In my case, I do not believe that I have a weight problem. Even with the saito 100, the plane lands slowly and does not show any bad stalling tendencies. I believe the plane is build light enough...
