finally got my truck running again. ive only had one day of somewhat decent weather to tune and stuff, so hopefully i will get some videos of it pretty soon.

i just got all the bearings and stuff to rebuild my engine, so hopefully by tomorrow i will have my truck back together for the next somewhat clear day. supposed to be raining here all week.

Yeah I'm usually all for rebuilding, but it was a free engine that's discontinued, so finding a piston set is nearly impossible

If it was a tuning issue wouldn't it still have compression when its warm? After its warmed up it has almost no compression.

it runs fine and has plenty of compression when its cold, but after about 10 minutes you have to keep it running and you can spin it very easily by hand

heres some pics of my hpi mt. its strictly a basher. it has a k4.6 engine with a two speed. its riding as high as it can with xtm mammoth shocks, chassis plate is about 2-3 inches from the ground....

i cant seem to get my 4.6 running right. i took it apart and resealed it all and set it all back to stock tuning settings, now it only idles. if i give it any throttle it dies instantly.

i found the specs for the front and rear bearings if anyone wants to order some other than the axial or other rc brands that fit.

Rear Bearing 14x25x6

Front Bearing 7x19x6

I'm having the same issue with my engine, except mine
has about five gallons through it and its leaking quite bad. Any info on just the bearings is much appreciated

thats what i was wondering. i have smashed my battery holder a couple times cuz it fell out the back. i will probably end up changing it anyway, just because its not that expensive.
