Don't your Align have an BEC circuit, mine does and there is not problem connecting it to my RX.

And please don't use capital letters since you are shouting when you use that.

With an 7 cell I'm around 10-12 volt before shutdown. An 6cell on fastcharge reach somewhere between 10-12v also before it's done.

Put in some extra long screws and put a steel tube between the head and muffler, that way you extend the screw when you tighten it and it would sit there better when it's hot because of the expansion.

I have the same charger and it works like nothing else but after 1.5 year I needed to exchange the 3 buttonswitches that are on the PCB because they didn't work anymore. I can charge my pb batteries...
