In all honesty, the standard servos are only suitable for very light winds. I have replaced my sail servo with a cheap ebay MG995 servo which are plentiful. It has worked well for me...

The link in post 28 has the numbers reversed. It reads as "56" instead of "65".

Just open it and change the numbers and it should open properly.

Have found sheet 2 of plan mm1275 from Argus/ModelBoats which shows profile and deck view...but missing sheet 1...hurummph!

My Victoria has a separate forestay simply running through the leading edge of the jib without guides. It does not bind the sail (one piece cut to allow slight belly).
