RE: Phoenix HV85 issue

Would you please explain you experiences or whomever had a problem. I routinely leave my cell phone in my Xmtr case while at the field so it will not bother me while flying. In light of this info I...

RE: AR500 in a $500 model?

I have 6 500's in older planes from Sig Kadet to Kyosho Sensation .40 sizes pattern plane and 3 Sailplanes. I put one in my first Katana MD and it worked flawlessly until I did an inverted flat spin...

RE: pattern,R.I.P.?

Try Aero Design they produce the Ricochet which isn't as tall as the Black Magic or Impact but preforms well with a YS140 and I'm thinking of building a E version. I think David is working on a new...

RE: OOPS?

I had a 1010C that went into some sort of self test mode and would just shut off. I contacted TP in NV and they replaced the charger for 1/2 price. Not bad considering I got the charger 2nd hand. For...

RE: Angel S EVO Build Thread

I'm planning to go with 2 2S lipos for my Impact Electric. Any suggestions for regulator and switches? I was going to use 800 MAh lipos. My previous planes had standard servos and I used a 2000 mah...

RE: Cheaper batteries, what have we learned?

Has anyone tried the Blue Lipo from Hobby Partz? I was looking at the 5S 20C 5000 for a 10S setup. Weight is 1220 complete if info is correct. It would be good to buy here than pay freight from HK...

RE: e30 size(ish) Pattern plane

I have the Sequence and it is impressive for a small plane. I enjoy my PA Katana and didn't think any small plane could fly better. It seems like a 2M plane but smaller. Not jumpy in wind and tracks...

RE: Wiring diagram for newbies

Is there any harm in leaving the BEC wire intact and using a lipo on a reg or a flight pack with a controler that has a BEC. Does this give a back up incase the BEC fails or would a BEC failure drain...

RE: Great Planes Sequence F3A

Yes. I got lucky and didn't just measure off the wing tips to the stab and glue. I just happened to set the plane down on the floor to work on a recovering of an old 2M plane and when I turned around...

RE: Great Planes Sequence F3A

I also had the out of Sq. problem. I test fit the Stab and wedged it in place to do the measurements. I lined every thing up and the tail looked crooked by eye. I double checked the measurements and...

RE: Great Planes Sequence F3A

I have ordered a Sequence that will be here next week and plan on doing Rustys mods and using the Rimfire .32 as suggested. My question is, would HT HS5245's or HS5085 work well for servos? I have no...
