there are lots of parts on the tauchpanzer (ausf h) that would be a swine to scratch onto an ausf l and its a later hl offering than the ausf l so the details better(working turret hatches etc)

not all ausf h were converted as tauchpanzers a number were built as standard tanks and others were given tropen modification to serve in the desert(engine vents,stowage for water etc)

knowing what to do is easy..pulling it off is the real trick:D

the ausf h seemed to lack the air deflector,the hardest part about the rear is the complex baffle thats there on earlier models...

take it you mean the U.S t-28 assault gun not the russian t-28 multi turret i cant be bothered with US vehicles but would love a russian t-28 but alas to obscure for any of the manufactures to touch...

kv-2 should be an easy one a minior re-tool of upper and lower hulls to remove the kv-1e parts and fix those pain in the ass holes behing the upper hull e-plates and a new turret

everthing else...

i have lots of pictures of this part on later ausfs i think it was simply there to stop mud being trown up from the tracks throgh the gap for the boxes
i thoght it was a armored part first to fill...

does anyone know if the panzer iii ausf h had the narrow guards along the bottom of the vent boxes fitted it seems that earlier ausf tanks didnt have these...

found the cause the last roller sits about 1mm further in than the others,a washer should fix it

helps to have a fresh pair of eyes on a problem;)

the rollers are perfectly horiz to the hull perhaps its theat there not screwed in deep enogh ill give that some thoght

can anyone come up with a possible cause/solution to this... the track on one side of my panzer iv tilts inwards on the top everthings fine on the other side but i cant seen to find the cause
