Desperado 3000 plans

I am looking for plans for Bill Evans Desperado 3000. Any one know how I can contact Bill?
Are the plans available through any of the plan services? Any help will be appreciated.

How about pics. of your engine installation? Is the engine mounted with downthrust? Or at 00?

#1. I have a carbon fiber wing rod that is 7/16" dia. and 19 1/2"
long. This allows only 5" to enter each wing....

Engine setup for Fiber Classics F-86

Anyone know about setting up Turbine engine in Fiber Classics
F-86 Kit? Engine location? Engine Downthrust? Ect.
I am going to use a P-120.
Any help will be appreciated.
