Thanks CB. I was using rechargeable batteries in the tx and they were dead. I'm recharging them now and am hoping that is the problem.

It is a limited range tx so my next step will be a range...

The ESC appears to be working, as there is power for everything else. The motor attempts to turn but merely glitches, or spins a few revolutions at very low RPM before stopping. The fan spins...
