got my hands on a new landrover body and bumpers...its the axial TR body but i altered a bit the front to make it more land rover :D:D:D

...first job i did with styrene was the winch bumper on the other landrover but found it quite easy to work with

sorry for late reply... tyres are gmade bighorn... got them cheap from hong kong but for my newbright they were fine and 100% better than the stock tyres.

here is mine... mods include new upgraded battery tied up front over chassis, new tyres, custom made long travel shocks with softer springs and track rods to hold axles in place

Still using the landrover wheels but they're no good for the hard stuff. Did tests with both sets on rocks and with the landrover wheels i was getting stuck more often... a combination of less grip...

I love that Dingo body...its awesome for a stock body ...just needs some HPI D90 decals instead of the stock ones and it will be a proper land rover

thanks mate. Re wheels, not sure from what model they came from but they were listed on the net as Land Rover Defender 1.9 Wheel and Tire Set Tamiya Hilux

New custom made styrene winch bumper + 3racing winch in place. Bumper is mounted to chassis for strength but i will not be connecting the winch to work...its just for looks.

thanks mate...that helped...they are marked with colours. I have the short springs marked with red so they are the soft ones already but the longer ones are not.

I'm seeing my SCX springs are a little bit too hard especially at the rear where there is no weight since i put battery on the front. While crawling you can see that there is much more...
