Gearbox is not reversable as far as I can tell by the pic. I haven't looked at teh rig that is built. I'll take some pics of it when my camera is available.

Thanks Z, I know about the tab thing on the connector. I pull all the wires out of my servos and put heat shrink wrap over the whole cable as a protector and so it's all black. I have OCD like that. ...

Neverming you mean the BEC on the ESC which is essentially disabled because you remove the red (+) wire going from the ESC to the Reciever.

As for the diagram that is orange, but a light version that almost looks red.
