Try Lightflight as an alternate to HC. No where near the shipping cost or time, plus great customer service. The Suppo motors are very reliable.

Now I just need to figure out how to get my controller to work with it. Flying with the mouse can be a pain.

Absolutley. We need a didicated Mac simulator, that doesn't have to rely on software that copies windoze.

Hotels for RCX 2008

Cheap 2.4ghz receivers

As we saw with the 72Mhz radio systems, there were some companies that produced cheap universal receivers. Granted some were better than others.

Loose control horn

I saw an article in a recent magazine about how to fix a loose control horn, when the hole is getting worn, leading to a loose fit.

When checking balance upright and inverted on straight and level flight, where should the throttle be? Half, full, or won't it matter once properly balanced.

I need to do a little mixing for better knife edges, but won't it always mix everytime I use the rudder which could mess up other maneuvers?

I have to triple the Airfoilz. I'm flying the Yak, and will soon pick up the Edge. They are super tough, fly true, easy to build, and fly like a much bigger plane.

I'm new to the electric side of RC, and just got my first Li-po pack. A Thunder Power 3 cell 11.1V 1320 mah.
I assume it's charged since it is reading about 12V. Is there a special breaking cycle...

Need motor help for Airfoilz Yak... electrics in general

I'm in the process of switching from glow to electrics, and will be getting an Airfoilz Yak.
I'm having the hardest time trying to figure out these *&%$@!$ motors! For glow we have 40 size motors...
