The dotted lines from the fuse toward the tailare in different places on left vs right.
Not sure what that has to do with anything, but it is a difference.

It looked like in the picture that there is a housing around both connectors.

I haven't used those particular connectors, but if they are similar to EC3's I made a tool to push them apart. The key is if there is a gap in the middle, like the EC3 has when you put it together....

After looking at the stock motor and mount, I realize that there's not much oppertunity to mount the heat sink.
I'll have to save that for the upgrade right, or am I missing something?

Thanks for the info. I'll get one of those heat sinks on order. Which one will Ineed for the Mega motor, or will the same one fit?

The web info says to "clamp on". Is it talking a spring loaded...

10-15 mph, now that's sounds like a significant difference!

I'll put a little lube on the stock motor bearings too. I though I was the only one that even knew what Marvel Mistery Oil is. Ihaven't...

3s6p was me trying to denote two 3s packs in parallel. Should that have been 3s2p?

You might try taking the gyro apart and see if the board got knocked loose. I have heard of that happening.
That's about all that is left from everything else you replaced. You didn't pinch a wire...
