yep I run 3s 1320 TP batteries on my Blade, the recommendations for batteries is listed on Horizons website. 11.1 volt lipos are recommended when you go with the AEK

the HB does come with symmetrical blades and the motor with the pinion for them, the blade can be upgraded to the same for 28 bucks or so......... if blade spares are what you have local thats what...

you might look into one of the new Hummingbird Elite fixed pitch birds, learn for a while on it and theres supposed to be a conversion kit to change it to cp on the way...... you can fly the small...

what I have used ........altho on my heli canopies is CA debonder..... not a cheap solution but it cuts through paint quick and doesnt cloud the plastic

the DD tail is more of a universal type upgrade, you'll have to fab or modify your existing tailmotor mount for the DD motor though.

I have the dd tail from allerc, works great....... it does give alot more tail authority. There are many different ways to mount it up from using the stock mounting bracket modified to plastic ball...

the special mixing board is a plastic slider, mechanical mixing on the Eco 8 is a lesson in patience from what I gathered on the Ikarus bbs........ most give up and go ccpm via a heli radio..........

I've busted 2 or 3 stock tailblades on my HBs....... went with the DD tail on my stocker, I've went through 2 orange props for it... but at $1 a prop its cheaper than the stock taiblades
