I used what ever control horns were specified on the plans - robarts.

Servos - I was able to get an incredible deal on the Digital HiTech 5645's so that's what went in.

Wheels, tail wheel..... ...

Historic Aviation is where I got my pilots.. but figures are included.....

The Polyacrylic is awesome to work with.... you'll never want to touch resin again...

Sorry about the big files... but here are a few bad photos...... My one creative idea that I didn't borrow was attaching the splats.... used weather stripping between the splats and the wing... and...

Took the Stuka to a RCShow at the Boeing Museum of Flight in Seattle... over 300 planes....

Hey..   M plane is a combination of Tom Crumb and Stuka Barry's photos and suggestions...    I went with the Mezjlik 22X10 threebladed prop and used the Mezjlik spinner.. pricey.. but fits like a...

Any recommendations on a specific muffler for the G62?  Also I had a 22" Mejzlik prop, any recommendations for a spinner?  Last question - what bombs and release systems have you used?

These forums are great... picked up the Kagero V1...and the details are great...... Finished installing the landing light and the guns this weekend.. and "FINALLY" started glassing the wing.... still...

I have the Dbalsa kit - but was thinking about making my own drop in box.. just curious if anyone else has tried it.

I have the G62 for mine with a 3 blade prop...   guess there's two mindsets on...

Finally I feel like I've made some serious progress. Fuselage is glassed, primed, puttied, sanded and ready for paint. Decided to go with a French Front paint scheme.. keeps it simple.. Wing went...

I can't even imagine doing the paint and trim yet.... It's taken me almost a week just to glass, sand, prime, sand, sand, and sand a little more on the H-Stab and evelvator..  Decided to do those off...

I do have the 3M glazing putty, before I got into RC airplanes I tried my hand at building and racing cars and used it often....  Just want to stick with the tried and tested...

Ok - Mr. Crump, what type of putty did you use on your plane.  I saw that it was Evercoat, but they have numerous types.

Well - Finally started glassing tonight... a couple of small pieces first...  I'm used to building fiberglass over wood boats... so the Minn Wax was a pleasant surprise... so far..

 I'll start glassing parts tomorrow.  Test fitted the splats today...  and I keep thinking about how I'm getting close until I start thinking about the cockpit and all...

I should buy a lotto ticket today.  Decided to go ahead and check the alignment today.  Bolted the wing on - used a laser line level to shoot a line down the length of the fuselage using the crutch...

Here's a photo as of today..... Basically every thing is built ready for assemble. Still need to mount the motor, the cowling, the Spats. Checked the initial alignment and everything is "Perfect"....

Very Nice site... and also for Mr. Crump great weathering job on the cockpit.....   A big sigh of relief... decided to quadruple check my diehederal.. and found a 1" difference....  helps if I move...
