The C of G of the Majestic should be 125mm from the leading edge of the wing. This plane does not like to be flown too slowly and I would allways land mine before the tank is empty.

Equipment used

Anybody got any details on equipment being used ie Engines, props, radio equipment.
What are the top pilots using ? any new R/C equipment, new engines etc.

DA 50-R in a Midwest Cap 80"

Just seen the new DA 50-R. I am thinking of fitting this in a Midwest Cap 80" span, instead of a Moki 2.10. Anybody got any thoughts on this combination ?.

Very good show :thumbup: , but the crashes were seriously harmful to some pilot's wallet's.
I thought you had to be good to fly at a public display, some of the pilot's and planes...

Sunday flying

Fantastic flying by the Island Hobbies Capiche flying team, especially the shortish stocky bloke wth dark hair, he was the highlight of Sandown for me. :thumbup:

How do they fly.

What engine's are you guys using, servo's any build problems. Does the Extra or the Edge excell at a specific type of flying ie. pattern type (smooth) or 3d type of flying.

TOO MUCH MONEY

I see THE BOY aka Dave Stephens has made a lot of money from his Capshish design if he has a Mercedes and a Porsche.
Liked the FREESTYLE display at Sandown think it handeled the conditions better...

Yes we have just moved to the "Big Island". When you come again you must come and fly with us. We have our own runway etc. I have just got back from the "mainland" and hear someone called Chris Roux...
