If I discharge my 4600mAh 22C pack at 50amps, will I get the same mAh out of it if I were to discharge at say 4amps?

Are these Thunder Power packs linier in this respect.

Tower says it's a 42mm x 40mm can. I don't think its quite the same as the rimfire series.

I called Futaba Service center... (last time I emailed).
Black and White now. They say cycle two more times 50mAh x 20-24hours and if it does not come up to 550mAh+ they will replace the pack.
