MVD prop shaft strut bearing

I have noticed that my strutbearing has been moving out of the strut on a couple of runs until it rest against the dog. Is this normal or do I have to secure it in the strut somehow. Thanks.

Has anyone ever tried laying another thin layer of cloth and resin to the nose area of the canopy and how did it work out. My canopy seems to be spliting on all the 90 deg areas. I never pickup the...
