CX2 Battery?

bot of my 7.4 Volt 800mAH 2-cell lipo batteries are lasting only about 2 minutes. i am getting new batteries but amy way to prevent this from happening to the next ones?

What's Next?

when i plug in the battery to my bade cx2 the srvo that make the heli move forward and back automatically shhots up and when i power on the heli the heli shoots forward uncontrolably

my cx2 wants to constantley drift foward with full elevator trim backwards. any help is welcome. i am a newb as you would say lol. so i might need some basic explanation if there are terms used....
